Daryl does it again. What you trying to hide D.

Click pic to enlarge! Wiser only down for 1 hr Daryl is desperate people! His original complaint to Godaddy below. God Bless Us All! Amen.

Since Daryl don't have an attorney let me help him! This pic was taken at my old club playground I was part owner... Look at pic, behind the brunette girl Xtagged.com logo ON THE WALL 'DDD' and all the people have xtags. The person who took the pic for PU had to get permission from me to even take pics.

D we removed the pic from wiser because it was advertising for Party Utah! Which proves I never attacked Party Utah, meaning it's all you psychopath! (Yeah, God don't like ugly)

#1. We own Xtagged everyone in pic is wearing Xtagged logo and I was part owner (click) of the club where party utah took the picture meaning I had to give permission for party utah to even take pics. Daryl had a busy 25th of November.

#2. Daryl Acumen changed ownership of partyutah because of Steve Klemarks lawsuit against Daryl, if daryl sold PU where is the paperwork. Who-is look here!

#3. These are fake complaints because Daryl wants the video evidence of him down. That's all we needed for court I will now lock all public out of court tabs the media will still have access...

--------ORIGINAL NOTE--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Subject: Re: Copyright claim regarding WiserTechnology.com

My name is Daryl Acumen. A website that your company hosts (according to WHOIS information) is infringing on at least one copyright owned by me.

A photograph which I took was copied and is now being hosted on one of your servers without my permission. I took the original photograph offline several months ago, but I have attached a copy of the original image for your reference. The file name is "022808 138.jpg"

The unauthorized and infringing copy can be found at:

http://wisertechnology.com/images/albums/NewAlbum_113cf/tn_1200_022808_138.jpg.png

This letter is official notification under Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (”DMCA”), and I seek the removal of the aforementioned infringing material from your servers. I request that you immediately notify the infringer of this notice and inform them of their duty to remove the infringing material immediately, and notify them to cease any further posting of infringing material to your server in the future.

Please also be advised that law requires you, as a service provider, to remove or disable access to the infringing materials upon receiving this notice. Under US law a service provider, such as yourself, enjoys immunity from a copyright lawsuit provided that you act with deliberate speed to investigate and rectify ongoing copyright infringement. If service providers do not investigate and remove or disable the infringing material this immunity is lost. Therefore, in order for you to remain immune from a copyright infringement action you will need to investigate and ultimately remove or otherwise disable the infringing material from your servers with all due speed should the direct infringer, your client, not comply immediately.

I am providing this notice in good faith and with the reasonable belief that rights I own are being infringed. Under penalty of perjury I certify that the information contained in the notification is both true and accurate, and I have the authority to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright(s) involved.

Should you wish to discuss this with me please contact me directly.

Thank you.
Daryl Acumen
