When I first met Andy, I heard through a mutual friend that he was looking for a camera man to shoot several promo spots for Wiser e-cigarettes. At our first meet I was informed about the slander campaign Lead by Daryl against Wiser technology. A couple of months went by before I was chosen from other camera men Andy had been interviewing. Because of Daryl Acumans slander campaign against Wiser E-cigarettes. The promo spots were put on hold That’s when Andy mentioned the documentary. I was chosen not because of my experience but because I could play a role that the others couldn't. Because of my background I was a perfect candidate to fish out proof of Daryl's tactics. My job was not only to document what was happening but to engage in conversation with Daryl, Ryion, Kyle and whoever else Daryl had pushing his relentless campaign. We knew that Daryl attacked anyone who Andy did business with. So I set myself up as bait. I contacted Daryl and Ryion on the blog at partyutah.com that has now been removed. Immediately Daryl tried to convince me that Andy was a scam. Next he attacked my credibility calling me a scam I began calling him out on most of his accusations. During our conversations I was able to profile his personality traits which I later used to get him to expose his true intentions, who was helping him and several of his ridiculous lies. His attacks on me didn't stop at posting my background check with made up scenario attached. He hacked into my Facebook page copied pics of my 2 year old niece which he posted on his blog. Tried to convince readers that I tattooed a 2 year old. Posted links to my sons video on Youtube, calling him a drug addict because of his lyrics. Stalked my ex wife’s page made comments about her teeth because she posted how she got her new veneers. His explanation to that comment was she smoked so much meth she rotted her teeth out. He posted her background check with made up scenario as well. This is typical behavior for Daryl but relatively minor compared to the abuse that Andy has had to put up with for over two years.

Cyber bulling has caused teens to commit suicide. Those cases are made aware by the media. When it's used to destroy a company as a form of corporate espionage and the credibility of an individual businessman, Most people just assume it's true. Why would anyone work so hard to expose a con artist unless it were? This story will expose how a sociopath bent on revenge, having ties to individuals who stole intellectual property and sold it to bump.com, manipulated business partners to violate non disclosure agreements, destroy their own company and file false charges against Andy. We intend to show how one man was able to manipulate SEC agents, police and the Utah courts. How he contacted every business associate Wiser had negotiated deals with calling Andy a scam, causing them to back out. Slandering every product Wiser technology produces, every owner or business partner associated with Wiser Technology including their families. There are no laws to protect from this. The only recourse is civil action. Based on Daryl's comments we believe he is receiving compensation in exchange for destroying Andy's character to save bump.com, embarrassment and sabotage the lawsuit Xtagged is bringing against Platester/Yourplates.

www.Xoutscams.com is now down it's not even forwarded and Daryl's crazy blog thread was removed by the owner of PartyUtah.com once he found out what Daryl was doing, you can see the email thread at http://www.linkedin.com/in/xraza minus the name of the owner of party Utah. He asked Andy not to show his name. Ryion and Daryl started new slander website 12/05/2011 where they dedicate a full page to me.

Daryl Acumen just in time for Turkey Day! Get this as we were uploading copies of the cashiers checks for the men in Utah to make Daryl look stupid for the I don't know how many times now I think 1000. Well, we had to shut Karma cause down temporally to configure Digital Internet DNA for the media and upload the cashiers checks they were going to be our opening for 'Thanks Giving' BUT Daryl sent this pathetic complaint below to Godaddy about his leather pants pic "I am not kidding" this is what a psychopath Daryl is and he will do anything to try and get the evidence that makes him look crazy at Karma Cause shut down. So now we had to remove the picture so I made video for the documentary first using his link of course. But as soon as Http://www.Karmacause.info is back up you will see that the men from Utah were getting paid but Daryl manipulated it once again. We only wanted to pay them to keep them out of jail because they are so manipulated we wanted to save Chris from Daryl, Ryion and Kyle and once again we make Daryl look stupid ON TURKEY DAY this time. Good afternoon, As you may know I am working on a documentary based on the slander campaign waged against X Tagged which has carried over to Wiser Technology. It has been unclear to most the basis of this documentary which I have kept concealed for several reasons. I simply invite you to observe his tactics first hand and realize the degree of dedication Mr. Acumen puts forth. A person who has nothing vested and claims to have nothing to be earned? Mr. Acumen has extensive knowledge of a court case in which he is not a witness. He knows details about conversations that have taken place between Andy Esquivel, Andrew Phipps and Andrew Couch. Two men that Andy alleges took his Idea to bump and sold it knowing there was a fatal flaw. I write this as a mere courtesy and ask that you keep an open mind until the final results are played out in court regarding the alleged securities fraud. Allen Brady finds precedence in the law. Daryl Acumen Interferes with SEC case against Andy Esquivel.

Mr Acuman posted privileged information obtained from Andy Esquavel's Discovery to his Party Utah Blog. http://www.partyutah.com/edm/showthread.php?t=19452&page=61 .

“ Criminal histories may not be disseminated to anyone other than the defendant”.

A Discovery is intended to be used by the attorney representing the defendant. If at some point said attorney no longer represents the defendant, the packet must be returned to the County Attorney’s office. How Mr. Acuman obtained a copy is unknown. Mr Brady while in communication with Prosecutors at the Davis countyAttorney's office, set out to request a change of venue based on Daryl's actions. It is Allen Brady's belief that Andy would not receive a fair trial based on the leak of information to the public in the state of Utah. Daryl's action may even be grounds to declare a mistrial. What may seem as a Lucky break to some should raise questions to Everyone? Wiser technology has found precedence in these actions. Had this been a Murder trial, the reckless actions of one individual could result in a mistrial? The information could be leaked intentionally by the defendant themselves? Even in the midst of diversity, Wiser technology continues to make the world a safer place.
